Achoura’s Promise and Zwaki’s contract
On going

Drawing on family archive images and personal narration, this piece explores feminist and feminine transmissions through the figures of my two grandmothers. I articulate their dual legacies to reflect on patriarchal models instilled from childhood, and how they shape our imaginations, our forms of resistance, and our intimate narratives. This work is part of a broader reflection on feminism, domestic violence, and inherited social norms. It weaves together intimate imagery and critical inquiry in a gesture that is both affective and political.
