An urban tale in three acts and an epilogue. The first edition was published as a small-format book: digitally printed interior, lead-type letterpress cover with a Nyloprint-plate illustration, 12 × 17 cm. In 2010, the text was reissued in the form of porcelain cups using ceramic transfer printing. These objects were then quietly reintroduced into the very place where the story takes place — the Café du Grütli in Geneva. By blurring the boundaries between fiction and reality, edition and utility, the project questions how a text appears, circulates, and embeds itself in everyday experience.
